Great purchase!

This was our first smoker purchase and we couldn't be happier. The assembly took some time, but was not complicated. It is so easy to use and we love it so far. The only thing that's missing is a Bluetooth feature that connects to your phone for the internal temperature. Other than that, we couldn't be happier.

Had a cheap smoker I have used for several years. It just got too much with the constant tweeting to get the temp right, and the clean up was a nightmare. Finally got the Pitboss with a digital temp control, cleaning look 100 percent easyer with catch pans. Plus I don't have to open the door while cooking to do everything.

Doesnt work right out of the box.

Brand new. Doesnt work. Won't heat up all the way and the fan doesn't work.

Went to use my smoker for the 1st time and it shuts off after about 2 minutes and throws a SEL code. Extremely un satisfied at this point
