Burn-Off

I bought the Silver Hammertone smoker about a month ago and have attempted 5 times during burn off to get the temperature up to the advertised high temp of 350 degree but can only get to 270.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased my 3 series 3 years ago it's been great, its been perfect for ribs ,pork shoulder, briskets. I recently had to replace the heating element but it was very easy would definitely buy another one .
I would recommend this to a friend!

The smoker gave error codes F5:20, F5:19, F5:02, & F5:01 as sooner as it turned on. Never worked a single time.

Built Well, will not get up to Temp

I will update this if I find a solution. Currently, my smoker will not exceed 100 degrees F unless manually using the "Smoke" function. If I set the timer for 4 hours and the temp to 250 for example, it will turn on the heating element to start but then it does not come back on for the duration of the remaining time.

This is our first time purchasing a smoker. We have the digital electric Pit Boss smoker. It's been wonderful. The smoker is sized just perfect for us, results have been fabulous and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

This has to be the simplest smoker on the market... setting the temperature and time is the hardest. After that, it is foolproof, dead simple and produces perfectly smoked meat every time. You pretty much cannot screw it up with the digital temperature controls.
I would recommend this to a friend!
