[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea is great but the blender, not so much. There just isn't enough power on the blades. At times frozen fruits would get stuck on the bottom of the cup with clumps of protein power. I find that it's great with just water and powders. Ice and frozen fruit are a no go and I can't really recommend this blender to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The BEST product!

I absolutely love this product and use it everyday. I get my protein, fruits and vegetables in just by using this blender. I use crushed ice in the blender and that makes it easier instead of the big chunks of ice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A royal pain to keep dry while cleaning

This is a pain to clean. You’re not supposed to get the base or charging port wet, but that’s where the blades and straw holes are. There are too many crannies that get gunked up? and running a cycle with soapy water doesn’t get them clean as claimed. Poor design.

It never worked. The light was green indicating that it was fully charged when plugged in.
The light was yellow after pushing the start button indicating low charge. It would not start

Great product, takes some time to get used to, I truly wish it had a handle of some sort to attach to it. It's really large and I have small hands so carrying it, even picking it up without dropping it is difficult.
