Bought two of these for my daughters to use for school/college and am very pleased. The build quality is great and the touchscreen very nice. I was slightly concerned on making a compromise on processing power, but they appear to be more than adequate for what they need them for - they are not gamers, although they do run some older games (e.g. Sims) absolutely fine.

Had to return product because the fan gave up. The return process could not be more time consuming irritating and unsatisfactory. I even found myself passed on to the US !!! Do not ring them get HP to ring you. Eventually I sent the product back. We’ll see what happens next.
