The laptop is very well made with a sturdy looking keyboard. The keys look larger than those on the Dell it replaced. Colours on the screen were a disappointment and were less well defined and 'washed out' when compared to my old Dell.
Function keys controlling sound volume are a very useful feature.
Setting up my HP laptop from MS Office 365 could not have been easier, everything was done for me in the background.

When brought brand new was slow and laggy I hadn’t even downloaded anything for it to just mess up the right mouse didn’t work had to update it
