I had an initial hiccough with my new purchase. I found it very difficult to contact HP. Their help is there, but difficult to find. After 1.5hours on the phone, the problem was resolved. Excellent product, not so hot service

This model has two USB-A ports on the same side. These are too close and inconvenient when one needs to have several devices connected. Better to have one on each side, as on some other hp models. Silver keyboard very difficult to read, but black keyboard is fine.

I bought this around a month ago and overall I've been very satisfied with the product. The only downside I've seen to encounter is the unreasonably loud fan which also isn't always loud, depends on the task being performed on the laptop. Other than that everything has been great.
