The computer works well. I have had no problems with it other than all the preloaded junk which keeps trying to get me to subscribe to things I do not want or understand. It lacked good instructions when it came and if I had not already had a fair amount of experience I would have been lost on how some things worked. There was not even info on how to turn it on, which is a 2 step process not like how most machines work. Overall, I have been happy with it. I have only been using it for record keeping, word processing and online chat; nothing fancy.
