This laptop was for my husband. I just wish HP and Microsoft would stop loading all of the features that he and I will never use. It takes me a few days to get into the system and clear out all of the apps he doesn't want or need.
And neither of us are happy with Windows 11.

Bought this laptop thru the on-line shop and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. The laptop itself is a huge improvement over my previous one in terms of speed, clarity of display and keyboard feel. Setup was straight forward and relatively easy, even to the extent of picking up all of my MS Office settings. Did experience a minor issue due to lack of internal CD/DVD drive which was easily rectified with purchase of an external drive. Overall I think this is a great laptop for my needs!
