I had been using TurboTax, for a number of years. A little skeptical in switching. Your program was easy to ad adapt to. The check out caught two errors, faulty input on my part.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I bought the software a few months ago and as I used the software it kept telling me that I had errors in my filing but it would not let me correct the errors in my form.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

I have used your software for many years. This time it was not easy to use. I never got my free state return that was supposed to be included with my tax program. I spent hours on the phone trying to get program assistance. The information I received never solved the problem. I finally got it figured out when a that worked with taxes helped me.

- practical and gets the job done but dated. 1. Far too much white space taking up the page, 2. need option to change font size so can be easier on the eyes. 3. Need to permit viewing password during the sign-in processes like other secure sign-in programs offer. 4. Could really benefit from having a NEXT button at the top of the page as current program requires you to scroll down to the bottom of the page to use the NEXT page button. Especially needed when reviewing the entire tax program from sign in to submit. 5. Print/Copy current page especially needed in worksheet and summary areas. Have other suggestions. 6. Update this review sheet to reflect how the program is laid out to help key user to submit suggestions. or even perhaps an review option for the various screens or sections that customers could use as they fill out the form.

The product is mostly good, but it's not good for joint filing. The data that is entered should automatically be attributed to the specific spouse. For example, my wife would enter in her information, but the software would put it under my name, so the next time my wife opened the software to work on her part of the return, it wasn't immediately obvious what information she had already entered and what information she still needed to enter.
Along the same lines, the Filing Status Calculator is practically useless as I had to go back through all of my records and re-enter everything (except W2 income). What's the point of using software with a filing status calculator if I just have to manually create 2 separate returns at the end? The software should be able to compare joint vs separate on its own based on the information we entered.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
