Was a long-time TurboTax user. Decided to give this software a try because it was recommended and was less expensive than TurboTax this year. It was easy to bring over last year's return and follow the prompts the H&R Block program. So far, so good with the experience and the program quickly updated me on the status of our Federal and State returns being accepted. Will definitely consider using again next year.

Useful for typical situations for those of us who use itemized deductions, but don't own a business. One significant annoyance: the user interface seems stuck in the era of the original small built in Macintosh display. Everything is constrained to a small window that cannot be resized, requiring users to manually scroll to reveal data entry boxes and action buttons.
