Having used this software, and it's predecessor, I'm must be pretty satisfied to come back year after year. There is one bone to pick, and it is my experience when I brought a real error in the interview to the attention of a CSR. While it did not make a difference in my taxes, and the error would likely impact a very tiny percentage of users, it was disconcerting to have the CSR "blow me off."

Very efficient and easy, but at the very last stage, even after entering all my bank info, the amount owed jumped dramatically, with nothing in the ‘explanation for last change’ box other than a generic description of how ‘balance due’ is calculated. Could not get an answer on the phone either.

I Have been using H&R software for over twenty years, except for update to tax rules etc., there is no change to user interface. For example system does not allow to change the font size, color etc.
Cons: Time consuming
