I have been using H & R for many years. Your product works for me. Things are easy to navigate and relatively straight forward to find answers. The only issue that I had this year was that I made an early purchase and did not receive any download link when program became available.

Difficult to understand where interview information should be input. Amount and tax free amount for example, your program added both inputs and result was a much larger income and tax amount. If you allowed me to fill out the forms instead of going thru your interview, I think it would be more user friendly. It took additional time to adjust the interview answers, but I think I think I eventually got the correct output. Think I will try Turbo Tax next year.
