This software is user-friendly and makes it easy to file my taxes myself. Much easier to use than Turbo Tax.

First time switched to HRB. One major thing I notice is download for states. for example, my son live in NY and I live in GA. he sends me his HRB file for review. I'm not trying to file his return, just review. But I can't view it since I only have GA. I would be great if it could auto download NY to view when a file has NY data.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No filing issues and IRS response was quick. Too expensive for State program and at that price should include free electronic filing.
