Your Mass Tax software screwed up. It transferred the wrong number from my AGI to the Senior Circuit Breaker form. This meant that the form I filed was wrong and Mass DOR contacted me. It needed to adjust my CB amount from the 670 you calculated to 521 (down 149) which adjusted my refund to 39. Had it been larger I could have ended owing penalties as well as due tax.
That, along with the at least 3rd year of your Mass Software requesting double payment to install it and the fact that your updater for Federal still does not work on the Mac makes me continue to question my decision to use you.
I do believe, based on your guarantee, you owe me a refund this year.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very difficult to do, TurboTax was easier. Unfortunatel I thought this software was easy to understand but it turns out it didn't. Also I end up paying for State filling. Not worth it, I'll just stick with TurboTax next year.

My only problem was that, after I input all my income, it said I owed $398, and kept saying so till I was done entering expenses (after which I found I did better with the standard deduction). But as I finished it jumped to owing $451, without giving me any clue as to why or any way to trace the origin of the change. I find this worth reporting because I remember it doing something quite similar last year. It's frustrating to suddenly have to pay more with no idea why.

Good product, but it still must take you through every possibility because it doesn't know you and mustn't be blamed for an omission. Nevertheless. I did omit something because "add sale" (written in tiny light green letters) has to be selected for every stock sale addition. Capital Gains section should be less laborious.
