had to buy twice, did not know that retrying pass word counted toward the number of federal returns. (forgot pw, and used all federal tax submissions)

Unfortunately this software is severely lacking and has not improved at all over many years. Automatic updates do not work and I have to download them from the web. Even though I buy deluxe and state, the app does not understand I already paid for state and asks me for more money. Printing does not work. I am forced to unload my print driver and print to a pdf that I can print from an app that actually works.
