I have used the HR Block software for over five years and am constantly aggravated and frustrated because I cannot print ONLY THE PAGES OF MY RETURN that I want. When I try to print page by page, the program will not allow me to PRINT FOR FILING.

Did not interface with ADP - one of the largest payroll processes in the business,
Could not generate State voucher,
Several workflow errors resulting in a loop that I could not break out of - was fixed with an update a month later, (just in time to file taxed
Horrible use of screen real estate: Only the middle third of the screen was used. No ability to use standard windows zoom, and font size fixed and way to small. I had to use a magnifying glass to use your software - (Not ADA compliant.)

This is a poor inconvenient product. My taxes were exported from the software which I no longer have access to and can not change the file type to print my taxes and I called support and they can’t help me.
