The product is good. It could be better by asking more questions in the interview and by including AI supported help in bring up forms or answers to questions even if it were to just send in you in the right direction.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I have used Block’s software for years. It is easy to use. My only complaint is that the font size is too small and does not appear to be adjustable.

Always reliable, easy to follow instructions and walkthrough questions make it a breeze for me to gather, prepare and file each year. I’m retired with mostly investment & 401k income. Great value for the money. My only complaint is that 1099-B stock sale transactions are rounded up and then totaled on the schedule-D. The 1099-B statement does not round transactions thus making a discrepancy in what the software records and the total amounts reported to the IRS.
