The app does not have the look and feel of a Mac app written from scratch - it has the look and feel of a port from the Windows version

Works well. I appreciate the ability to download my broker’s tax form, but the download must be reviewed because some lines don’t seem to download in their entirety, and some items not at all. I very much like the review at the end.

I have been using the HR Block tax software for at least 10 years. I find it easy to use, especially since I can import the previous year's tax and reduce the amount of unchanging data that I need to input. A key to getting everything done in a short period of time is making sure that you have gathered all your tax statements together prior to inputting new information. If I went to an accountant, I would still have to do that, and that task takes the longest. I appreciate the final checkup / review for missed information and the advice the program gives as you complete the return.
