I would have given it 5 stars, but I just went to check my status and I wondered when I sent my taxes in since it takes 3 weeks according to you. I could not find the date I filed.

When there is an error or a field that needs to be filled in the software doesn't go to that field. You have to look for it. Not easy. After filing the return I wanted to go back and look at it and could not find it. I could print it but could not find it to look at it on the screen.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have used this program for more than 10 years and generally been pleased. However this year when I had software problems got NO help from "help line After very long half hour waits got no help from folks who ended up hanging up on me.
