I've used H&R Block for ,many years because it makes tax filing much easier. I only had a little difficulity when getting thorugh the RMD portion. I took the RMD as appropriate for my age, however, I got a little confused when I hit the RMD portion (wasn't sure what I was suppose to fill in there).
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

There was one small glitch -- no obvious way to enter information on using a Required Minimum Distribution to fund a Qualified Charitable Distribution -- but a help agent was able to help me figure that ouit.
