Software seemed to ask more irrelevant questions (to me and my situation) this year than in past, and it was very time consuming, annoying, and confusing. Eventually got through.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

The program is great when it provides definition of terms and explains the context behind a choice that must be made. It is frustrating and troubling where it does not. Every form should have links that help a user fill it out. I have used your product for many years and there seems to be little change in this area.
