I bought in Nov. tried it in March and got a screen that said I had exhausted my 7 chances at installation--called service ---no real help--waited a day ,called again got Sabrina--asked her if she was a witch ,she said no but she could do magic--I asked if she could just give me a new code and a new crack at it which she did. Problem solved--taxes sent pls give Sabrina in Fla. a raise.. I've used HRBlock for 12 years

The program itself works well, but as I am visually impaired and must magnify the screen, it is out of focus! This problem gets worse each year and honestly, this will be the last year. I will be using your program. I worked for the company for almost 20 years before my vision went bad so this is a big leap to leap away, but I just cannot see the page anymore and I’m sure there are other people that are low vision or elderly that have trouble with this out of focus font.

going to switch back to Turbotax next year. I like the way Turbotax shows last years data side by side with the current year. Mkes it very easy to see if you missed anything. Also, I've had problems getting the State file the last two years
