Tried to get simple question answered couldn't even get an answer on chat after being delayed for 30 minutes

Excellent, the only issue was not getting an e-mail with the activation code, but that was solved with a phone call

Was a bit frustrating. I did not download it immediately so had a difficult time getting a code. After repeated tries; I was informed that I had too many attempts. State tax was supposed to be included, but I was charged extra for that.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had an issue and the access to your chat brought me to soneone who could step me thru how I could reverse the form that appeared. I had called and was misdirected to a helpless person. I will not be using this product but will go to a tax preparer next year.

I have been using Deluxe software for over 15 years. I had an issue with RMD screen, so called the hot line. The person could not answer the question so gave me the phoone no of the local office. I called them and the person took my question and told me she will call back. Have not head from her and it has been over 2 weeks. Probably try Turbotax next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare
