I really like using the HRB software and find it pretty straightforward. I wish they would include the price of both the e-files (fed & state) in the cost and not charge extra for the state; always leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

It’s easy to navigate and populates some of our info from last year.
I did have trouble reaching a tax pro; reached several tax helpers, but could not get the answers. I went to Just Answer for the answer!
