I've been using H&R Block Deluxe for many years now and am very satisfied with the usability and results of the software. Even with some more complex situations, I was done with my taxes in just a few hours compared to many days in the past. I will definitely use it next year again.

The size of the window is too small

This tax program is relatively easy to use with one exception. I filled out information about my 1099s, but was later asked about RMDs. The RMD was part of the amount on the 1099. Plus the wording about the RMD was awkward and therefore difficult to understand. Double negative wording.
Pros: Easy to prepare
