I like the program and have used it for years. However, I do not like the fact that I can't get real answers when I have a question. I got a suggestion that maybe I should delete my info and restart my return. Then they had the nerve to ask if I had any other questions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve been a customer for over ten years. Software getting better but still needs work. Search function ok but needs to be able to find things better like “driver license” not found. This is where you type in dl number to file. I skipped over that to get it later but then had to rewind whole interview to get back there what a pain!!! Search won’t find that bookmarked spot
