Works good for the most part.

Was able to transfer all data from last year with no problems. Entries were easy to complete and everything worked well, except at the end. I prepared the return for e-filing, printed a copy for my files of the fed and state(as part of the e-file process) but the cover letter gave me instructions as if I was paper filing. I continued and transmitted the returns to be e-filed. Do I also have to file a paper return? I decided that I don't, hope that's correct

Great Tax Software

Easy to use, full of help, covers all the bases. Anyone that can read can use this software. Makes doing taxes fun... and is cheaper than the competition!

"Save as" using the interview section name

Save at every step, "Save as" using the interview section name, don't go back in the interview process or the program gets glitches. If you use care this program will serve you well.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
Pros: Easy to import

I have been using H&R Block for over 15-20 years and I have never had issues with the software or IRS and State programs have always excepted the final product.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

Money back guarantee is worthless

Last year the state sent us a larger refund that your software calculated. I searched but could not find a way to claim the guaranteed refund. Your offer is worth less than nothing.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
Pros: Easy to install
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use

Good package, easy to use. the flip side is that I was unable to import any 1099 forms even tho my providers are large companies with on line forms i.e. Fidelity and Wells Fargo Advisors. Its time to get into the 21st century.
