I have used HRB Deluxe for several years. It works fine for most types of incomes and deductions, including relatively complex stock transactions and relatively simple businesses.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Annoying flaws, RMD issues not properly addressed, especially "correction period". Needs total revision!

Not quite as easy as I expected. Return initially rejected, I had to make a minor correction and resubmit. I was forced to call for assistance in order to resubmit because instructions were clear as mud. Call center assistant was able to walk me through resubmission process.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
