I had trouble even locating your software this year. Typically e-mail prompts are sent out in the fall, with discounts for early orders. I had almost given up on H&R.
Big problem with a "required minimum distribution" bug in your software. Your tech help line was a complete waste of time, very polite person who was woefully undertrained on relevant software issues.
After a couple of frustrating days I googled "H&R excess accumulation problem" and discovered that a lot of people had the same problem and had solved the problem by manually entering numbers into the tax form. In my case, federal taxes owed went from over ten thousand dollars to five dollars.

Works good. Easy to use. Instructions are fairly clear. Took me about an hour to go through the whole process, though I did go back and check everything, which added to the time. My taxes are quite simple, so there were few problems or questions. I don't know how it would work with a complicated tax situation. The IRS accepted my E File in only a couple of hours.
