My family and I have used your tax program for several years.. This year there was a little confusion in a couple of areas. Otherwise it went well as usual.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming

It would really be nice if I could choose which pages I want to print instead of you choosing a slew of pages I really don't need. Also, in doing the State return, your software would not print the MO-TC form. I had to access the Dept of Revenue to print me a form.
Pros: Easy to prepare

It was easy to unintentionally get back to a blank start over place which wasn’t good because it wasn’t always clear how to get back to where I was. Also trying to print from this software is a confusing disaster. Wasted a lot of paper before got that right

I like H&R in general, but I found that the software isn't as user intuitive as I think it could be. I had a terrible time getting to the filing part of the state program. It indicated 'press here' to print state, but it kept taking me back to the federal. Also, some of the "help" uses the same words in the help as in the area being helped, if that makes sense to you. The federal tax code is incomprehensible enough on it's own!
