I do not understand why the seemingly simplest & most common entries trigger unrelated errors. Home office for employer triggered a schedule C, vehicle for farm business triggered schedule C, and multiple small donations triggered an entry on a valuation form I couldn't even edit & couldn't find the interview section to review. After several attempts I was able to override it so hopefully that doesn't get me audited. No clue of the schedule C trigger are artifacts or just some malfunction, i researched it & saw others had the issue but with slightly different triggers. Shouldn't have these problems at all.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

It missed deductions. After done my refund was MUCH less than last year. I went back though it and discovered missed items. It was a little confusing to use, and harder than Turbo tax.
Info didnt transfer well. I couldnt fix misstyped info at spot, had to go all the way back to beginning to fix.
Will not be using again.

For the past couple of years, I"ve been experiencing problems with the software. First the interviews for a K1 were not working and I had to manually find the forms and fill them out. This year, on my new mac, the returns would not print correctly. This has been a problem since 2020 and still not fixed apparently.
