I have been using HR Block software for more than 10 years. It is always easy to use and is exceptional in preparing an filing both federal and state returns. I have never experienced any difficulty downloading or installing the software. Electronic filing is straight forward and simplifies the entire filing process.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
