Been using for years, after dumping TurboTax (when they tried charging for forms that were previously included!). Easy to use overall, and nice to have the 5 free Federal e-files included. Only wish H&Ralso included free e-files for the one state program you get w Deluxe.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have been using H&R Block Deluxe Software for over 15 years and I have not found any reason to change. It is very complete in asking questions so that it can fill your data correctly to eliminate any mistakes and get you the maximum advantage when filing your returns

I've been using Block tax software (Deluxe + state) for many years now. It's relatively easy to use, though the built-in help isn't that useful. Navigation isn't totally clear, but not opaque. Just follow the questionnaire.
And it's cheaper than TurboTax.

Cons: Time consuming
