It was difficult to load onto my laptop. The instructions were poor. I had to call to get assistance downloading it. It flagged one of our returns because of social security, which that individual doesn’t draw. I’ve used your software for years and it seems to get harder to use every year.

The state tax for Virginia is basically worthless. You have to override to get the 529 contributions in. Then you can’t file electronically.
