I have used the H & R Block software for 6 years, and it is very easy to use. It takes you through the questions in each section, lets you go back as many times as you want, and you can do part and save it and come back later.

I've used this software for 30 some years and have usually been pleased with it. This year for some reason my 1099 MISC figures didn't flow into the Schedule E, though it has in the past. I made two calls to support and no one could tell me why it wasn't working. After some deleting and trying again if finally worked, but I wasted a lot of time getting there. I wish you had a better way to report bugs. An I hope you fix it before next year!

My biggest complaint is if you purchase the software you can't import 1099 stock sales. I had to enter all manually which is a pain. I'm fairly sure I downloaded it last year but this year was told it would only work with online software. Not happy.
