The software was as easy to use as always (over 14 years of use). This year I had to call support. for the first time, because turning 65 was complicated (switching to Medicare, collecting Social Security). I worked with Anitra. I'm sure I misspelled her name. Sorry, because she was really excellent helping me.

All worked well after the updates were installed. The updates just kept going in a loop. I tried 4 or 5 times before I did a system restart. Then the update worked fine.
