Much better this year than last year. Fed and state e-file worked flawlessly this year. Last year was a nightmare. I was forced to print out and hand mail both my returns as the HBBlock system didnt work. Thanks for making this year (2024 return) much better.

I've been using this software for many years. This year I encountered, multiple times, errors when updating the Federal and State software. Had error 1152 - error extracting Update.msp to temp location. Haven't had this happen in the past.

I have used this product for over 10 years and have been very happy with the results. It would be helpful if the questions included one about the need for an IRS PIN on the top level. The program asked to create user PINs but did not ask about a required IRS pin before allowing me to file. The return was rejected and I had to go back into the MISC section to input it and resubmit. IRS PINs are becoming more common and it would be good to address it before a rejection.
