Had trouble with rmd as I got error messages when I met the minimum requirement. Also it filed an incorrect and incomplete school tax filing
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I've been using HRB (and its predecessor, TaxCut) for decades. Aside from a few very minor glitches, it works very well. I've never had an IRS rejection or audit issue. The glitches are not real problems, just annoying -- for example, it doesn't automatically enter certain info onto some forms, even though it does on others. But that aside, no complaints, very pleased.

Was required to update at time of return submission and credit cared was charged without the software submitting to Fed and State
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!
