You should not be charged extra if you need to download the software to install in the event your PC's hard drive fails and it should be available for 7 years.

A LOT simpler than trying to figure out all the forms on my own. Interview type of data entry is pretty easy to follow (although the long lists of questions can let you miss some critical entries, for example, the IP Pin is one I've missed two years in a row!).
