I have used this software for years and have always been happy with it. I especially appreciate that the style stays relatively the same each year so that I do not have to learn how to navigate anew as I begin the next year’s tax preparation.

I have purchased this product for a number of years. A calculation error persists in the KY version. I have reported this error for at least the last three years and it never ever gets fixed. If this simple calculation is wrong, how many other more complex calculations are wrong?
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For my rather basic return the program worked well and I will plan to use it next year. Only problem is that it is cumbersome to save a the return if you do not finish it in one session. Need clearer directions/process.

This year was a hard form to file for inco.e tax. The 800 # help was a joke. The local office didn't know anything about the software we The consumer buys to do our own taxes. The lady at the local office tried her best to help me.
