Very easy to install and keep software up to date. All needed paperwork (Interest, Brokerage statements etc.) were downloadable from the internet. No detailed typing on my part. Note: I am retired. I never owned a business or the like. So my return is pretty straight forward.)

I have used H&R Block software for a number of year, but this year's version of my state's tax software has a large error, where it will not populate my credits, and so I will probably be manually filing my state taxes this year!

The program logging out is confusing. It should clearly say 'save current version with changes, or previous version'
