Our household loves your product! It makes preparing the taxes a much easier task, especially since I used your tax software last year and could easily transfer all of my information. However, I can never efile my return because the IRS requires a PIN yet they never send me one. Hopefully, one day I can get that issue resolved.

Unforseen problem

Had a problem with a 1099misc that I assumed was automatically imported from a source from last year. Not positive but the source had slightly changed their name and possibly had a new fed tax id. Deleting the old one and reinputting the source solved the problem. Not sure how the software could detect an issue like this and alert the consumer.
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
