This is the first time I've used H&R Block instead of TurboTax software. I like the Block program better because of its clear helpful explanations and ease of use. The only negative is that one part of the program wasn't ready, and I had to wait some days before being able to complete my Federal and State returns.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
I would recommend this to a friend!

H&R has done it again. I have been using their software for about ten years now. It is so easy to use. Navigation is easy. If there is a question, the software usually has the answer.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

I have been using your software for years and am pleased with it. This year I could not efile because form 8962 is not part of the interview. I am directed to enter data into fields on the form but the software doesn't allow data to be entered manually except if it's overridden. Thus it prevents e filing. Please fix this next year. Have been using the program for years. The main reason is that I am familiar with the interface. Only peeve I have involves the menu to go to a form.. Why does the program have to close open menus to go to a form. You would think that this inefficacy would be corrected.

Have bought this and used it for many years. Very satisfied again. However I made a typo entry on my State of Michigan form that they caught but your software did not....kicked my refund back to Zero! Now I have to re-apply with the correction. Bummer.
