The process of doing the taxes was easy, getting copies is not. My printer at home wasn't working and I tried printing at work and couldn't because the computers weren't compatible. Just not user friendly, I thought web based would be easier and it wasn't for me.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This year’s version has been very unstable, prone to crashing on my MacBook Pro. I upgraded to current MacOS, no improvement. Had to remove and reinstall HR Block software twice, but finally got my taxes done and filed.

I bought the software as a download in late November. I was easily able to file my federal and state taxes with it electronically. All worked well. Some areas in the interview lacked description so I had to use another browser to search what was meant by the question. Overall, a good product with a little more “fine tuning”.

Cons: Time consuming
