Not Real Happy with Service

Have been using this program for several years had an question about a distribution and called to get an answer, no one would give me a answer and finally just referred me to the IRS
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Verified Purchase:Yes
The Federal version is OK. The Colorado verison lacks of forms (such as DR104CR, DR0617) and credits available (such as Senior Housing credit). Also, Colorado has deduction for Chariti donation that is above $500. H&R state version does not carry this over the Colorado form.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Trying to remove forms that are no longer needed that carried in from previous years is difficult to do. When given instructions from Google searches not helpful. Chat is not helpful.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I'm giving 1 star for the fact that my daughter's 2023 Federal taxes show as filed and accepted in the 2023 HR Block program yet the Feds say they did not get the return. Our State DID receive the return. When I called customer service to discuss the issue, the guy said well the system says it was accepted by Fed and when I challenged that statement and asked what I was supposed to do, he put me on hold and then hung up on me!
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had everything ready when I bought and downloaded the software. A short time later and I was done with state and federal. Very easy to use with great explanations.
