I've used this for many years and have prepared numerous family members also. My only complaint is having to pay for each person's state filing online.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have been using Tax Cut for many years with complete satisfaction. But was very disapointed this year with the question concerning the MRD and the lack of any explanation and incorrect calcualtion. Although I have taken the MRD, Tax Cut claimed that I owed a penalty that was very close to what had been withheld.
