A very non-intuitive product that even though I have used it the last several years, gave me the wrong AIG value which resulted in my taxes being denied- then charged me twice for submitting taxes due to their problem

They let other people submit your tax return

Someone submitted my tax return through one of your softwares so buying the program was pointless. I had to mail my returns one is lost. And the other is arriving late. More money to dish out because I neeeded tracking on it. I have been using your program over 10 years youd think any discrepancy the program would flag it. Watch out everyone
