I had used Turbo Tax in the past but had problems with their website and had a deadline for completing my taxes. This is my first experience with H&R desktop self tax preparation. It went very well with no problems and I've already gotten my Federal Refund. I'll be using it again.

User friendly and a very welcome program, given the complexity of the tax code! I have used this program for the past six years and will continue to use it in the future.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

We have been using this program for at least several years and it is easy to use and we can understand what we are doing. We especially like the donations values for donated items. We already got our refunds back from the Feds and the State.
