I used it for year but this year the edible would not work and I got no explanation from the error messages and live support was mot available. Had to file on paper which was incredibly frustrating,

Worked well as in the past. Just not happy with the price increase for filing one return with the downloaded software. There should be an option available at a lower cost for filing a single return - I don't need the ability to file 5 returns! I think this is especially important in a time where free filing is becoming popular.
