One small complaint for an otherwise great product

I have used taxcut for many years and am quite satisfied with the produce. One complaint I have is with having to purchase the state e file after the fact. I would rather pay that cost when I purchase the software originally.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had some trouble negotiating the program, but I'm not great with computers. My mai problem is I can't tell if my state taxes were excepted or not. And when I called I got transferred 3 times and the last person thought they had been but didn't know how to tell to confirm it.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve been using H & R Block software for many years and always had a good experience. All you have to do is answer the questions. I love the deductible software for gifts and donations as we always donate to Goodwill. Deduction pro helps a ton in this situation. Easy to navigate back to a topic if you need to change something.

I had automatic renewal as I have been a customer for years. However, this year I ran into a problem with RMD issue. I had to subsequently talk to someone (not so easy) who was able to figure out why I was supposed to pay over $15,000 in taxes. Even the rep had a difficult time figuring it out, but together we straightened it out. This never happened in the past, and I think you need to reexamine that part of the program.
